Users sign up, create a profile and interact in the site (create property ads, upload pictures, bloging, give and receive feedback from clients and post "wanted property ads"
¿Is there a monthly fee?
No, BIG MLS service is FREE.
¿Who can be a member of this site?
Any person or company that needs to buy, sell or rent a property in Mexico, or who is related to the real estate industry e.i. architects, engineers, lawyers, notaries, builders, etc.
¿How can I start?
Fill out the sign up form. You will get an email with your access info and you will be set. You will start creating your profile immediatelly.
¿Do I need programming skills?
Not at all. BIG MLS program has forms and templetes to help you upload your info and photos.
¿How many properties can I create?
Up to 25 per person/profile. If you want to advertise more than 25 you could use our real estate professional tool called virtual office (unlimited number of properties)or sign up for several memberships (through several persons) in this site.
